And how much camber are you running in the rear? I'm thinking about putting those 50mm overs I have for the rear on, and my wheels are 10.5 +7, so hopefully, with like -1 degrees of camber, they wouldn't be sunk too much. |

Seriously tho wow man u need to bring the FC down to VIR big time or hopefully driftwater. Also if you dont remember me I had the flat black coupe at VIR when you brought the hachi down when it would rev past 4500prm.

I did a general search, but couldn't find any definitive results.
I am looking for how a 235/40/R17 Dunlop Sport Maxx would stretch on 10.5j. I am told it is a similar tire, to say a Direzza DZ101. Any help is appreciated. |

Thanks for the pic man!
That's not too bad actually, since my wheels are +7 they should be pretty flush at that ride height... but I'm lower than that, so if anything, -1 camber and possibly pushing the fenders in like 5mm should do the trick. Thanks for the heads up man, I really needed to see a pic to convince me that I could use the 50mm fenders as is. Phew... Edit - BTW, what were your alignment setting there in that picture? Doesn't look like you're running a whole lot of camber there.

just curious, for the guys running credit card or near credit card flushness up front with 0 gap or tuckage....how do you keep your fenders from creasing, especially with wheels turned at any degree going up an incline?
these are my fronts, and the car obviously rubs hard at full lock even on 'even pavement' but going up and down inclines is the worst feeling in the world because you can hear the 3k pounds of vehicle coming down on the fender metal....I just dont want to buckle them... just part of the game or is there a secret? |

Lots of guys aren't running metal fenders anymore up front.

But there aren't any wider than stock metal fenders for the S-chassis out there. And S-chassis' suspension is setup in such a way that the front of the car will lift slightly when you turn the wheels, especially when you're at full lock, so that's how guys are running close clearance without hitting the fenders when going up/down driveways and what not. |
