here are two pictures from the s14 kouki customer. Pictures are not that great but it helps a bit. Ill be posting a video of this car so you can see the color output a little better.

basically, the higher the wattage the more lumens. For the s14 kouki headlights you can choose either one. All of them are bright but the higher the wattage, the better the vision. the picture of the kouki above has a 50w kit on it. BTW the owner of that car already swapped out the front end with a s15 so pics with that up shortly. 35w kits are already good enough though. LMK if that helps.

95-96 S14 Zenki's are 9003, H3, or H4's? Can you please clear this up for me? On the Sylvania site it says it is 9003, but the halogen bulbs i have in now, it is labeled H4's. I had asked a friend and he says he has H3's.

The Zenkis are H4. 9003 is pretty much another name for it. Your friend may have H3 bulbs if he happened to purchase some aftermarket headlights. Let me know if that helps! Thanks!
