I see so a second butterfly and TPS for that system? Similar to the BMW ASC system. Interesting.

Have you previously used the VHT header paint? I had some issues with it peeling a few years back but this may have been due to poor prep work.

Looking good! Nice welding.

I love Wrinkle paint, and I have done a ton both for myself and others. You just have to Heat harden it after, then It wont peel off.

I put things into the oven in my garage @ 97 degree celcius for about 2 hours

the wrinkles become much harder as well.

i want some input on this, i am thinking of getting the 1" Z32 master cylinder (after talking with a few guys i feel this is my best option) and from this site it says it comes with the flare fittings inside of it (part number MC39777) Z32 master cylinder on S13 update.

is this true? and if so what Z32 should i be looking for in the junkyards? any input will help.

Thanks in advance

All Z32's will have the flair fittings for the front and rear brakes. Not all have the center flair fitting for splitting FR & FL brakes for use on S13. There is no reason why an OEM master cylinder would have it on a Z32.

There is no year/model/trim that is guaranteed to have it. OEM master cylinders will not have it, there is no reason for the third flair fitting on a stock Z32. If you find a Z32 that had it's MC replaced, it MIGHT have it, but it depends on who the supplier was.

Do it the right way, buy the master cylinder new and don't waste your time searching. I have it, it has the flair fitting.

It's not on Napa's website, I had to go to the store. That PN only works online at Amazon.

update time!!!

Friday proved very worthy of taking the day off work because i got A LOT done. the day started with this

i striped all the body glue i could out of the engine bay and then went at it with a few different wire wheels

this bad mofo was the most useful and covered alot of area. if you are ever doing this i recommend this guy, covers alot of ground. you can get them for cheap at harbor freight

then welded it all up

after all that albert came by and pushed me to mess with the motor, was glad i agreed because alot got done there too

we got the block for paint

then went to town

end result

albert got board and didnt like my rusty pully

slapped the oil pan back on

after all that we felt more still need to get done so we pulled some of the water barbs and tapped the holes

me being a F*#king boss pulling the one in the rear of the head...what a pain that was

still need to get my shimless buckets but we put the cams back in just to see what the cam gears looked like

and we tossed the intake manifold and fuel rail back on
