well i don't think staring at boobs every day is gonna prolong your life very much but i think the whole idea behind this is:

men staring at boobs = relaxing, calming, comforting, brings back child memories and so forth. that again gets our endorphin levels up, and reduces stress caused by our oh-so-fast moving lives nowadays, therefore keeping our blood pressures in a normal level = less strain on your heart = healthy

but actually, i like to stare at tiddies all day everyday anyway
