edit: haha i just realized that in like 1year and 3 months this thread has grew by 270ish pages
ironically, i've owned my car for 1 year and 3 months...... half of the posts probably are mine...haha

I sold mine, and I know a few others are selling or have sold theirs. Seems to be the new trend.

I ended up buying an S13 coupe.

Usually when selling a car like this do you guys take a hit? I doubt I'm gonna get any of the money I spent on it back unless I part it out...which is a abit of an hassle in its own

I had 23k invested in my S14, I got about 8.5k back after parting it out. So yeah I took a bit of a loss.

i had to drive a 93 coupe for 3 weeks while my zenki was down ... after that i would never want to own an s13, they feel so much more primitive than an s14, i dont understand how anyone could downgrade

Because its pretty much the exact same car with a different dash and door panels. By the time I get done spending money on either there is almost no difference between them besides how they look and one cost more to insure than the other.

Hey guys do not sell your ZENKI! You'll be just like me wanting a s14 one after you get over that new car you got because lets' face it s14 NEVER loose there sex apeal period. I went to the Dark side and got a sc300 did the 1jz 5 speed swap, body kit and etc.. but at the end of the day the s14 (Hell even the s13) has so many options! I.E. Cheap parts, Very Big community, and has more motor swap options than let's say other import FR car's out there IMO.

i was comparing stock for stock ... you could always NOT spend money on it, since we all have old pos' anyway

They were sweet cars when in 95' when its competition was a Acura CL and they still made cars with out ABS. But its 2010, you should set sights a bit higher.

I like how longfellow and yingyang, sold there cars and regretted it and just ended up getting back into them. I think if you love something dont let it go, but if it is just a thing for you, and you feel you want to try other stuff then go at it.
