i never understood how people blow up welded diffs, unless they didn't clean it enough before they started welding so a bunch of immpurities got in the welds, but like damn, it should be obvious that u need to take the gear assembly out of the pumpkin and clean the fuck out of it before u start welding on it

Iunno, I was making a right hand turn in second gear, heard a clunk, thought it was the plastic ramps I had in the hatch. Pulled over, car ran fine, no noises.
