Not sure if this has been covered, but I can't find the answer:

People put the pignose lip on the sharknose, but has anyone put a Silvia lip on a sharknose?

If not, what is the stumbling block, the flow of the lip or the size?

haven't put it on yet for various reasons (owned for a day, not driving in this wonderful chicago weather, etc)

pretty sure the only aftermarket ABS plastic/polyurethane lips produced out there were made by Xenon. IIRC, pretty much all Japanese lips were FRP.

Has anyone ever ran n1 style vents on a chuki bumper? I did my rb20 swap and my intercooler is tucked up pretty high. It isnt gonna get any airflow if i dont cut the bumper (planning on doing it like koguchis chuki). Or what other ways are you guys cutting them up? Im gonna run a xenon lip with it also.

dropped the rear end 1/2 inch (alignment raised it 1/2 inch when i had the camber pulled out)... and FINALLY got around to cleaning her! great lighting outside the post office on Sunday evening when i was dropping some shirts off at the APC...



i cant wait for my new phone to show up... camera is 1000x better in it and will make shots like these so much LESS noisey under low light conditions

I found this thread really interesting so I just wanted to post some photos of the car that i love:
my superlow budget rs13 ca18det used everyday as my daily, bought when i was 19 years old and mantained with a really poorly paid job for 2 years. Now things are changing, and it is going to be rebuilt entirely, being lucky next month.

first car meeting with Racing Logic Hyper Street coilovers (280£ from a lucky auction from ebay.co.uk, they are the same as a D2Street set) installed by me (at no cost). quality isn't bad at all. they are good both for daily drive and track use. 32 clicks on the dampers are pretty much satisfying for everyone. i run on 0 though.

first track day for the coilovers. results: they ran simply great even with 0 click

then i got for a ridiculous price (150€) an entire vertex style bodykit, but non in good shape because it came from a s13 used for drifting

it looks great. sadly the fiberglass conditions is really poor but ehy, for that price i don't even get a single sideskirt

in absence of space and time to continue working full time in the kit restoration, i moved to a different set of wheels in order to match better the crude style of the car. being '80s german wheels, they are 4x100, so i fitted adapters to match the 4x114.3 pcd of the car without expensive conversions so if i want to burn tires with my stock wheels, i just need to take the adapter off (100$ for the spacers from U.S. and 100€ for the set of wheels ... not bad at all, uh?)

however they still 15" 195/60, exactly as the originals (in Italy, tire measurements are strictly ruled and for the s13 the only available is the stock one... )
