Holy shit I've seen that miata with the steelies poking 20 feet out the fender driving around my town. I've never seen any of the other cars though. I can't believe how many people from my area have been posted in this thread.

Honestly, half the time that is their normal beams. As mentioned, lowered 90's cars means you are staring right into their headlights.
