yea I knew they were selling the knob lol. I read the description. What I meant by that was that "it is always up". At least for a month now. I almost bought it a while back, but it just has that homemade fake look to me. Not saying it is fake, it just isn't my taste I guess. I was just going to slang it if I bought it lol. We haven't had a chance to make an announcement, but we've already shipped a few sets of wheels. Once we get the thread started we'll have a couple of people who have used the service that can post a review. We're thinking about doing it for seats as well, but I need to figure out if we can get a full bucket through Priority or SAM.

its not really from "yahoo japan". It's just basic domestic shipping charges from seller to your shipper. Then international charge from shipper to you. Whoever gets the seat for you from the auction will charge you a cut since they are taking the time out of their day to provide you with a service.

Reclining seats are usually more expensive due to their weight over a true bucket. Streeter guesstimate was ~500 a seat for my reclining seats.

I was looking at a zeta 2 and it weighs like 6.7kg so roughly 15lbs. The prices were pretty low too, around 10,000-20,000 yen. Im just worried ill have to pay some ridiculous amount for shipping.

yea the benefit of a bucket is that they are light. But they are a awkward size. The reclining are heavy but can be broken down into a better shape. It's just the nature of the beast. When it comes to ridiculous shipping, I usually make sure the item is well worth it. So usually it will be a rare discontinued item.

Your best bet is to buy twins off of a GTR and sell the other when it gets here.

I haven't looked at turbos in a while but I think all said and done you're not going to come out ahead. The turbo markets seem to be a bit different. Like a GT-RS or 20g will come out to be same price or more (plus shipping time) than a 2871R bought stateside.

A quick tip for everyone. If you want to search more than one keyword just use parenthesis and put a space between them. For example:

S13 シルビア will search for S13+Silvia
(S13 シルビア) will search for S13 or Silvia

I use this frequently when something might be listed in either romanji or kana/kanji. For example:

(Defi デフィ）
(Tomei 東名)
(SARD サード)

Often times you will get twice as many results if you use both the romanji and kanji/kana keywords.
