Wrong! The ka and rb speed sensors are different. From what I've read a z32 na speed sensor should get your speedo within a couple miles and is a direct fit, from what I've read though. I haven't tried it yet since I'm broke but it will be my next purchase.

As for the tach, without a 10k resistor it won't be accurate. I have mine turned all the way to the left and it's off 400 rpm until I get to like 6 then it's off 1-1500 rpm.

Okay? But you still didn't take the ka speed sensor and install it into the Rb25 trans. The Ka one is smaller and shorter. I could see if you removed the gear off the ka speed sensor and got it on the rb speed sensor, no idea on that cause I never tried it. Or you have an rb20 trans.

with the sway bar, if you can find one in the US ( you might have to by one in or go aftermarket) are A31 Cefiro or C33 Laurel Front sway bar. They run the McPherson strut like the Silvia but allow for the RB motor.

Any body have an r33 trans crossmember and the dust plate between the engine and trans for sale?

I would actually love to find some one local to make sure it fits but I'm running r33 subframe and stock mounts..( well sorta still 2 post style but almost a solid mount at the bottom) I heard I either need r33 trans crossmember or auto Ka? Is this true and does any one have them

The issue I had was the injectors were slimmer than the injector port itself. After doing some homework, I tried many other Nissan top feed injector insulators and nothing came close to a snug fit.

So i kept on digging and trying different options. Well I found a solution!! I found a company here in Florida (Fuelinjectorclinic.com) that sells solid spacers, made for a Supra top feed conversion. If this is old new, then I am late to the party and my bad for the thread. If not! Then I hope this helps others that run into this problem!

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Pic here is the injector port, without the oem insulator

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

The spacer they sell fits right into the port and allows the injector to sit in right where it should sit, had it been a factory set up.

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Final product! Now you can utilize other Top feed injectors with your rb25 greddy plenum! Very simple and fast Solution (besides the obvious "go buy side feed" answer) Hope this helps the Rb community out!

Alright you RB guru's what timing should I be at for e85 on my rb25? My tuner set my mechanical timing to 20..now I know with the stock ecu it should be at 15..since I'm running a standalone and e85. Does 20 sound about right?

Doesn't make sense to pull timing with E85, I'd set mechanical at 15 and see what kind of timing you can add at your boost level (or throw a ton of boost at it and see how much timing you can keep).

New to the rb's. Recently bought an rb26 and it came with a t04z t4 1.00 twin scroll. Looke specs and is good for 700hp. How laggy is this turbo on a rb26?
I'm just looking for solid 550hp. What turbo/ turbine housing a/r is recommended? Manifold is single t4 twun scroll with 38mm single wg.
Thanks for the help guys

Your fuel Lines are probably hooked up opposite. Switch around and it'll start

In line goes to the fuel rail and out goes to the FPR?

I just swapped plenums around on my rb20 yesterday. The back of the rail gets the "in" line with the fuel filter on it. The front of the rail gets the "return" line . Just think in and out while looking at the rail

The rb20 has 2 regulators on is a fpr and other is a fuel back pressure regulator. Z32's have em as well. From what I remember a sr20 and rb25 have 1 like in your description

well the lines are stacked on the Rb20 so top line is the IN and the bottom with the FPR is out?

Follow the lines...... I converted to a forward plenum but standing in front of the engine you want the line that goes to the back of the engine (closest to firewall) your IN the one toward the front (by you) is the Return. I know the stock manifold is a cluster fuck but you'll be able to figure it out I had too.
Worst case still confused undo the lines from the regulators and blow air through the ends you're questioning. Not with your mouth a compressor if you need make sure your not pumping air i into the rail or regulators though UNHOOK both sides.

Now that the CAS issue is all squared away now for the vacuum lines how can i find a leak? i know there is a line that is next to the T/b and its open it used to go to the canister but now that its gone is this a reason why it doesnt fire on also? do i just plug the T/b vacuum line?

borrow/make a smoker. there are plenty of diy write ups online. it is the quickest and easiest way to find them. another solution is to take brake cleaner and spray it on all of the lines as the car is running. when the idle picks up, you know you are spraying it where the leak is.
