Can anyone fill me in on why people are ripping on this guy so hard?

I get that the battery shouldn't have passed tech, and that not tightening your lugs is nublyfe 101, but is there a reason he's catching so much flack?

I've been to and driven PARC numerous times. One of the most laid back atmospheres possible. I can't imagine people beefing on each other there.
