On a very positive note everyone, all my supplies came in today. So... I have 9 sets available.

Finally, after waiting about 7 days for the cupholder to travel 2 hours away (thanks to USPS).

Don't mind the nasty speaker housing. I have a mint condition one waiting to be installed whenever I'm not lazy.

And the test! Baha Blast Mountain Dew. Holds like a champion.

Big thanks to Josh again for making this process painless as possible. He was ready to ship me another cupholder via UPS but then USPS got their act together at the last second haha.

They are held on with industrial adhesive. It's the cup holder, adhesive, insulation, and then the adhesive (which is industrial grade mounting tape) to attach it to the door.

Did you use another adhesive? That doesn't look like the one I use.

I saw this thread n today I went to the junk yard n found this

IMA try to see how I can work it in maybe modify it on ash tray It's about the same size but slightly bigger or maybe on ARM rest

I think it's a matter of preference. I never liked having my drinks in the ash tray/arm rest spot because it was in the way of shifting.
