the power gain is very noticeable, esp in the higher rpms. i seemed to get better mpg too

YES IT DOES REMOVE THE CAT on a s14. The only real cat on a s14 is in the downpipe.... the second is fake...

i just got these headers and i was wondering what size of a high flow cat i'd need? 3" or something? i'm also planning on getting megan racing type II n/a 2.5" exhaust.

man these headers look sexy as hell too! all shiny but mine has a few scratches no big deal though.

you can get a highflow S13 cat and it will bolt right up after the header. That's what I did...

Wow, I'm lucky! Randomly checked their website on the 1st of March, got mine on the car monday! They sound great, noticable power gain as well. Great product! (no problems with the company either)
