Awesome...I had pho at 4 in the morning after a pretty cool party. Man it just warms you up and makes you feel so good. =)

i should just go ahead and open up a pho restaurant in the trendy part of town, since everybody's going gay for pho on the west coast. i'd rake it in, there's like three pho places in STL and none of them have a funny name i stole from a photoshop on zilvia.

Vietnamese food is the fucking truth. I spent a week over there, and now that the company I work for is developing a few luxo resorts there, I'm probably going to be back soon for maybe a month. Vietnam and Cambodia are both amazing to visit.

I love pho, and when I do eat it, I have to have me a iced coffee to go with it. I add lemon juice, onions, bean sprouts, a shitload of basil, hoisin sauce, and half the bottle of cock sauce. I gotta ask for extra napkins, because the soup is so atomic!!! I always get the raw beef, with beef balls, and EXTRA tendons. I freakin love tendons. It's ironic that I saw this thread, because my mom is bringing home pho today!!! Being half Vietnamese, i've been eating pho all of my life. I love Vietnamese food in general, and it's something you just can't get tired of.

You guys are missing out. It's not for everyone, but if you like it, you end up LOVING it. On top of that, it's actually a healthy dish. It doesn't need MSG to taste good, so don't believe the hype. Had to post up pics of my dinner

Second pic, is so you can compare the bowl height, to a pair of bamboo chopsticks. That's right bitches, this puts the airplane bowl of pho to shame!!! For those that don't know, the largest bowl served at a lot of these establishments, is called the airplane bowl.
