I need the circled piece on the DRIVER'S side door. Mine is torn on the top from the window. I think it extends down into the door as part of the window track. Also, how good is the rubber weather stripping around the top of the door frame (car side, where the windows seal)? Mine is pretty dry and causes a lost of wind noise, debating on getting used, or just ordering new ones (already bought new around the doors).
