I ordered some wheels from jarco and they never billed my CC, I dunno whats up.
They were only 5.50 so its not like they were out a lot.

its been said alot of things too. the fact that you used it already sealed your deal. you cant get the cash back with your friends mom so your stuck with that being dealt with period. yes it is about being a decent human being and a decent individual but it all comes down to the company as well. does that company rip tons of people off and give bad service? is it a small little back company or something huge? i know most of us wouldnt feel bad at all ripping off a dirty company like microsoft but something like powertrix or pdm wed double think. its not that they tried to screw you with the exhaust necessarily because they might have found out its gotta be more cash at that point as well and they happily refunded your money. now if they didnt update their site then maybe they are roping people in however... you shouldnt have to cover shipping from then and the other thing is if they tried to screw you a little and they are asses and a horrid company but you had your morals there you could lightly screw them a bit and tell them you will ship it back for shipping AND HANDLING costs since you work and your time is worth money as well. that makes sense and this is an inconvenience to you and you should charge a little extra because of that its just that how much extra you tell them you want is up to you... this is food in that guys mouth so a big item like the n1 is a big hit and the smaller the company the easier to keep track of things and realize in their quarterly reports but the way i take it is i have no problem giving a dicking back to a company that tried to dick me. just make sure that exhaust looks new when it gets back to them or get another one new and ship it to them... technically i dont think there is legal ground they can really hold you on with that exhaust because you notified them you did not wish to complete a business transaction and withdrew your cash. them sending the exhaust is like an act of charity because you told them you didnt want it. whats the moral of my rambling? mike is right but hes still a dick! :P

well first off kid zelda is right, karma owns all.

second you shouldnt keep it in the first place, it isnt even your paypal account. they wont go after you, they will go after the owner of that paypal account. which is someones mom. if it was your paypal account then you have the right to be a asshole or be nice about it. if i actually let someone use my paypal and that crap happened i would keep their money too, because there is no damn way im gonna pay for it when they find out. so just pay up, you have the money set aside anyways.
