I saw the same seat but under nismo not too long ago. I even came across a vintage nismo bucket seat a while back. Would have been a interesting combo if done correctly.

Bought a bunch of tid bits for the skyline in the last few months.

Kazama Shift knob.
R32 Amber corner lights.
feb 89 Skyline Nismo catalog
r34 GTR Kiddie pedal car (don't have kids, but well it was neat)

skyline arrives in port this week, then the ordering will really ramp up.

^ the side bolster on the left (Zero) is higher and more square-ish than the right (maxis). At least that's what I have been told.

The Maxis head rest looks like it's angled forward a little bit.

If anybody really cares they are two different seats. Zeros was called Zeros in Japan. And they each have their own kanji:

ZEROS (ゼロス)
MAXIS (マキシス)

Zeros is a Zieg 2 with ears

Maxis is a Zeta 2 with ears, and the thigh bolsters are a little different.

Zeros sits slightly more reclined, and deeper leg bolsters although it can still be somewhat difficult to distinguish them.

I got some new dashboard buddies through Streeter.

Koji and Hajime of Shakotan Boogie
IMG_4098 by joshg51, on Flickr

IMG_4113 by joshg51, on Flickr

I didn't want to pay 30 for each plus 20 dollar shipping from Circuit Soul in Canada (plus they sold out of Koji) so I decided to see if I could source them myself. I just googled Shakotan Boogie, clicked on the wikipedia link, copied the name in japanese and put it in the search bar on Yahoo Auctions. Shipped through Streeter to my place was only 40 bucks. You could do the same for Initial D stuff as there is tons of it on there for cheap. Will come back to post some wheels from japan I should be receiving soon.

Those were used on a S13 Silvia but pretty unique nonetheless.

Here's a couple lists I put together and posted in this thread a while back but, for anyone just adventuring out in YAJ, it might help.

Are there different versions of the Nismo R33 cluster?

EDIT: I believe that is ECR33 non-GTR Nismo cluster

^

ECR33 Cluster - Nismo logo on speedometer
BNR33 Cluster - Nismo logo on tach, and spedo has been raised to 320 k/h

But you were correct. And the one you posted is crazy overpriced at $670. The ECR33 ones usually sell for around $150:

Example - http://page6.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/f144626433

The good news is that R33 GT-R Nismo clusters are a little more common to see than ECR33 ones. There just aren't any for sale right now.

The last 3 of them that sold went for $380 - $400

http://page2.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/b162087400
http://page5.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/e152709407
http://page23.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/o61066694

10/28
9/28
9/27

Dates the last 3 BNR33 units were sold to give you an idea how often they come up. Pretty random, you'd best to be searching for them every day.

There is a built in feature in YAJ to allow you to search through the last 90 days of auctions. The website 'Aucfan' does it too but I don't like it.

Edit: http://www.upgarage.com/upgarage/sto...7/140?size=ask

Slightly on the high side, but there it is..
