I would take that pic to a shop that does tops and ask them, see if they could make it/ about how much.

Well, raceon used to sell that exact kit here. It's not on the website any more though. They probably get it from the same place that the japanese place gets it from. Benson has it. I think the brand is called C-wings or something like that. I remember back when it was on the site, the description on raceon showed a BN kit without the grill thing but in fine print, it said that it had a small grill piece.

Well i see the resemblance to BN for sure, like that indented line across the top of the bumper.
I've been looking for awhile and can't find any others with that crosspiece (which is def. not a grille or anything, it's part of the mold)

Where does it say nismo? It could be a exedy pressure plate and nismo clutch disks but i somehow doubt they would work together, fitment issues?
