I needed to see this picture. I was thinking about getting 285's instead of 275's here in the next month or so and that just made up my mind. lol, Thanks, and that looks sick.

Why must tires be so expensive?

I can spend about what my car is worth in tires alone -_-

Clearance is good on the inside as far as tire to inner well goes but the LCA is getting close to the wheel/tire ~1/2 of clearance id say. Id like to say a bigger tire would be a breeze to fit with some fine tuning.

Alignment specs are unknow at this point until I finish my frontend but ill be sure to edit my original post with the numbers.

I think 275 is perfect on stock quarters with a roll and starts to look almost goofy with anything bigger without aero. I think you could go somewhat lower in front, but with your offset, 245 was a great choice. 255s are possible though!

Here's my 255/275 stagger, think I'm going to go a little lower in front and balance out rear side to side:

245/40/18s on all 4 corners with 7 or 8mm spacers, decent tire width for only an 8 inch wheel
Tires are Nitto Neogens, fenders are only rolled

how do most of you pull your rear fenders? I tried with a fender roller but I didn't want to break it because it's not mine..
but i kinda wana see how rear over fenders look with factory aero.. I'll be getting much more aggressive wheels of course to compensate.

Did you need a spacer in the rear with the 18x10 +45s? Are the control arms stock length?

Impossible without using spacers as you would most def hit the rear lower control arm. I hit mine at exactly 188mm backspace....10 +45 is 193mm backspace. I'd guess he used a 10mm at least. As for the fronts...9 +40 is 168mm backspace which would also be impossible with coilovers which leads me to believe he's on lowering springs. Largest backspace I've seen with coilovers on S14 front is 158mm (Ray's 18x10 +18.)

5mm Spacer needed for Stock struts but and so it wouldn't be so close to the lower control arm. due to the stocks being so wide it would rub when it squated or hit a big bump.

The front did require about a 1" or 3/4 spacer due to the stock struts. But I never got a chance to try these with coilovers.

I had to make a desition power or looks and choose a gt4294 Jurbo.

I still have front inner fenders The top of the tire is 1/2 inch from them. I won't take them out to go lower even though it would look better an inch or two lower in the front. My car gets around 100 miles put on it a day. It's just a nice daily driver. Your car looks mean though. Love the head lights
