I ripped it out in a drift session and it broke one of the bolts on the latch, left a small bit of the uncovered cable when it was ripped out. I managed to fix the latch and I just ran the remainder of the cable around the headlight bracket and back through the grill. Had it like that for about 2 years and no one ever popped my hood.

The more I pulled it up before the tire ripped it out the more often it would unlatch the hood by itself. It got annoying lol, Your just as low as I was too doesn't it just hang out on the tire?

i mean in the engine bay i drilled a hole under the clutch master and ran everything in the bay. ill get some pics when i get my car home.

you guys gotta start rollin with carb cleaner and blowtorches. my car has been parked on the side of my house for the last 3years and it was covered in webs inside all over was like arachnophobia

Best thing I can think of is drilling a hole in the firewall and relocating it through that. Im gonna do that soon cus my hood doesn't open anymore without someone pulling up on it. Along with soldering longer wires into my harness and putting it through the firewall as well. Just takes patience.

lazy stance, where did you get the oh shit handle for the interior of your car, and as far as the cable, I just ran it through the engine bay with my harness, also my hood needs two people to open it, one person to lift up on the hood and the other to pull the cable.
