I Like the tire prices alot better, 250+ a tire for 19's is the fucking suck. I can get a whole set of brand tires for the price of 2 19 tires. I'd rock some 19/20 but I like the taller sidewall for sliding, considering i slide what i ride,(No drift spares)

Any ways does anyone use skid plates on there s13's ? Maybe steel would be a better choice..
Skid plates won't completely protect your oil pan. It's purpose is not to take the impact but prevent the oil pan from coming in contact with the pavement.

Drive a bit slower & more carefully and I guarantee that your next oil pan won't have much problems.

why does everyone say that "if I were on 18's I would be laying frame"? if tires only came in 245/35 that would make sense, but they don't. you'll be at almost the same height (a whole .03" lower) on 245/40r18's as you would be on 245/35r19's if you don't make any suspension adjustments. if you understand tire sizing you can rock 18's on a z just fine...

Front: 215/45/17x9.5+14 w/25mm spacer (17x9.5 -11)
Rear: 215/45/17x9.5+14 w/25mm spacer (17x9.5 -11)

Still need to Lower some more. Thinking of moving up to 30-35mm spacer for the rear. Fronts will be getting 215/40's shortly.

Another angle..
God I need to get the fronts on stat for Wekfest!

And they probably look wide as shit cause I bowed them out some.
For some reason, the Equips I have are an older model or something and they seem to have a very large back pad.

How bad do you rub up front and what kind of angle mods do you have?

I rub the frame with x9.5 +5 w/ 215/40

i wasn't saying you needed to go lower. just saying you would be just as low (in relation to the ground) if you were on 19's

Thanks, but to get in you have to have it all. Show and go

The evo's range from 500-800 awhp, heck the scion tc makes 420whp and took best scion at Motion Auto Expo a few weeks ago. The wrx's are all fully built monsters. I think the only sub 350hp car we have is the mr2 which is about to get a feature. Id have to say that my s14 is the shitiest car of them all.
