finally i can contribute to this thread.
specs.
enkei rpf1
17x9.5 +18 front with 5mm spacers = effectively +13
17x10 +18 rear with 5mm spacers = effectively +13
tires are 225-45-17 all the way around.
unsure of camber specs. i'm getting aligned day after tomorrow
needs to go lower in front.
easily clears z brakes without spacers

removing collars is standard procedure.

Guys, I posted earlier about my Volk GT-U's 16x7 and 16x8 +35
I got them on the car today and I wanted to ask some questions

in the front, the strut/spring is sitting on top of the tire, do I need spacers? If so, do I need extended lugs as well?

What would you do to improve the look?

no, I would worry about spacers after you get your ride height squared away, but if you're not able to drive it since it's rubbing, put a 8mm-10mm slip on spacer, you won't need extended studs either.

coilovers don't have that huge circle over the rims, so they prolly wouldn;t rub at all.
