Forgive me for the hood and jacked bumper, the new ones are getting ready for paint this week

Also, if anyone has any tips for going lower on the front of the fortune auto coils without upgrading springs or adjusting pre-load let me know, the collars were already removed.

Everything will be coming sown about another inch or so

Figured id put the 9s on and get a feel for what id have to knock out before the other battles.
The goal is to leave the fenders as stock as possible.

Front: 18x9 -5 205-40
Rear: 18x9.5 -5 215-40
Camber: Unknown

The only option you have is cutting the lower mount shorter. A lot of my buddies end up cutting the lower mounts instead of flipping them. If you had the collars, it's the equivalent to removing the collars.

Cool

how much camber do you run? it doesn't look like -17 and -18....or is it positive offset?

that's the tire (rims) diameter
for camber in the front -3 and the rear is -2

As far as photos of Joe's car, I don't really have any. He doesn't like to take photos of it unfinished.

Your car should be running no preload, so if you remove the last collar, preload will not change at all. So you're all good.

It would have the same effect as running a shorter spring of the same rate.

jesus, i love multicolored(unfinished) cars so much!!!!! seriously, loved knoop's car more when it was unfinished, loved 240sxdriftin's car when it was unfinished, and now love shreeve's car at this stage. it just has that raw and rugged look.

The collars are removed in those pictures.
I just need to go lower, and was wondering the options to do so after the collars have been removed, as they are, without needing new smaller springs or having to adjust preload
