im in agreement, i have sprayed it before and it does look similar. you dont have to buy it in HOK though if you want to go cheaper you can. i used a gold base last time, but either way looks good. candy is a bummer if you ever damage the car though

could definetly have the same look as far as the color, but candy shifts so much in different light due to the fact that it is a transparent color over a much more solid ground color. other coatings can have the color right but just cant match the effect of candy if that makes sense. a factory color is more likely to have pearls since that can be duplicated far easier. this is only in MY experience though. either way thats a really good paint scheme

my bad, sorry if i sounded like i was talking down or something. im just a nerd for paint.anybody have pics of BRG on a 240? thinking of doing a engine bay in that, and maybe two-tone it with some off white or chocolate...
