Any time these cars are in the $30k+ range, I really start to consider the parts list, overall build quality and attention to detail. This thing needs so much work to justify that $40k price tag. Even then, it is far too personalized. That interior must be loud as shit. |

My thing is for 40k there are so many better cars you can buy. New and used.
Put this LS1 s14 up against a GT mustang or a 2017 Camaro ss with a 1le package or some older vettes, older porsches. All of which will like dance circles around an S14. Straight line is one thing but hell I'd like to see even an Ecoboost mustang go toe to toe with that car in a straight line and around the track.

That S13 is pretty damn cool... I get the battle eye/ color choice, but he could've done a lot worse. I dig the street grip style look.

That thing is awesome minus the color. I like the battle eyes, but not a huge fan of it combined with the bricks. Needs to be both of one or the other. Tom's car from Dreamstate with the battle eyes and Uras Type S is a big time look.

Y'all are weird lol. 'Battle Eye' is lame. Most stuff that comes out of Japan is, in fact, lame. I wish you guys could live here and get jaded like me. It would save you some money lol.

I dunno what combo you're referring to but mine rides just fine. S.Tech setup is nothing aggressively low. No argument about good coilovers, but sometimes a mild improvement over stock is good enough.

Battle eye looks like a knockoff of a wish.com headlight.

I'm glad the S-chassis community has progressed to the point that all we have to complain about is stuff like paint color choice and minor (and reversible) styling decisions. I guess all the broke idiots got priced out of the market.

Just saw someone selling a S1 RB25 swap for $4,000 posts says it has been in his garage. He took it out his car. He thinks it has rod knock.

I want to see the blue C4 in the back. That's got to be the most unloved generation of Corvette, and to see one that heavily modified is rather unusual.

wow. theres a LOT to unpack here.
um. the paint looks nice? shaved door handles? havent seen that on a s13 in a while. all white vinyl interior, ready for NOPI 2007. the front end looks more like one of the volkswagens in the background than a b110 wheel choice is terrible IMO, but whutev. thats easily amended. the REST of the car would take a lot more work. the QUALITY of the work looks pretty good from this photo, its just a terrible concept in general those fender flares are straight dookie. |

that whole "lets 'delete' the rear bumper and put on a 'splitter' instead" thing is just fucking terrible. its not even a splitter, just some vertical bits of plastic (i think some of the earlier ones were ally?) |

Try hard-ness aside, I don't see what's really wrong with this. It's a V8 S13 UTE. I'd actually drive this. The wing and livery is dookie, but it matches the theme. Just not my taste. But, as stuff that shouldn't happen goes, this works conceptually.
