I sold the bumper already. I use double side tape, some gorilla glue and a c-clamp. Had to cut the side. There was some spaces at the end but I just use some gorilla glue and clamped the side of the lip to the bumper and waited about 1hr.

Just in case anyone of you guys were going to bite on these, I hope you have a jdm zenki bumper, and by jdm zenki I am not talking about navan, I am talking about the stock bumper, because those lights are different in size from our usdm ones.

Also the guy in Fresno, putting a ITR front lip on anything in that area should be easy, people are Honda crazy there.
