pulled the motor back out to fix some small stuff
sealed up my diff and installed it mocked up the harness how i would like to run it back in she goes proefi placement just a reference pic for where i would like my switch panel where the harness will most likely go through. might drill a hole right behind the motor but i think it will be a PITA to deal with later, all though it would be nice harness all to length, i will be changing out all the wiring to the same as what proefi uses. reason being is that the wire on the harness now isn't that great, other people that used it have had problems with the insulation melting and the wires shorting.

small update, for as long as i haven't updated this thread it should be a lot bigger but Ive been busy with the house.
got 25' of .120 wall 2x2 and 1x1 tubing fuel cell cage view from the back of the car been about 2weeks or so now that this E85 has been sitting in the cell, no signs of the bladder degrading so i should be good.

more frontend work this weekend, hoping to make my bash bar this weekend
put the hood on to see what im going to do about clearancing the gap the manifold hits first, then the motor will after that plans are to run without a hood till i make/get a new intake manifold and a new throttle body, once i do that i will get the hood to fit by allowing the 2j to poke through.

Some bs ebay ones right now but will be switching to getnuts or zerolift after the car is running. I don't know of anyone that has a jz swap that has a hood that fits right. All local guys that have / had jz swaps in 13's run no hoods, I myself would like one so what ever it takes to fit ill do and I like the idea of having the motor poke out a bit.

I I'll have to check to see what the spacing is between the pan and crossmember. As for the mounts I can't remember the height but I measured a stock one and cut alm bar stock to length

Ok I have about 1.5" of room that is safe to lower the motor to the crossmember. My mounts are 2.750" tall

Are you sure you have a full 1.5" before anything hits? Seems like a good bit of space.. Id say chop your mounts to 2.375-2.5" and re-check and keep going from there if you still have space

still haven't messed with the mounts but 1jzsilcoupe pm'ed me back and said his are 2" tall so im going to make another set at 2" and check them but...
some of the fuel stuff came in thursday / friday new style fuel line that anfittingsdirect.com is using now up close so you can see the layers of the line new VS old styles, on the -10 line you have to strip back the TPU coating or the fitting wont work return line at firewall feed line at firewall, this will be Y'ed to duel -8 lines under car lines coming into the trunk fuel rail with the fittings one of the -8 feed lines surge tank came in as well, still trying to decided how i want everything but this is most likely how it will end up after working all day its time to shine...

Awesome! I like the look of the line. Im at the final stages of running my lines from the tank to the firewall and this is good reference material - thanks! any better pics of how you crossed over by the differential to avoid all moving parts?
