Purchased a VS bumper and Kouki grill from them. They answered all my PM's and phone calls. Shipment came in pretty quick for having to be freighted. I would def. buy from them again. Thanks.

6 months and still waiting on my clear zenki corners.Tried calling again just to be placed on hold for 10-15 minutes. Hung up called agian got placed on hold again.

i am also waiting on the power lab t-4 manifold from these guys. i was told last week that it would ship by the end of the week. I was put on hold friday after asking the status on the shippment and after being on hold for 15 minutes I hung up. Seems like if you email [email protected] you get a faster responce.

after all my waiting they called me to tell me they arent going to get any more corner lights. I got my refund but still very dissapointing after all that waiting.
I understand that dmax went out of business in US but leading me on all that time telling me my shipment was on its way, its on the next container ??? not cool |

I have ordered the same stuff as you and havent recieved a tracking number yet. I called today and am supposed to recieve an email from there tracking number tomorrow on my status.

placed my order on the 7th and was told that I was getting the last one in stock, here we are on the 29th and I have been told two weeks in a row that it was shipping on a friday.

i just talked to them today and said that my wastegates have shipped out and the manifold and dump tubes wont ship out until friday. i told them i need this stuff yesterday. i need next day air and they will work on that for me. I ordered 1.3 bar springs. hope i get the right ones now.

my manifold that was supposed to ship out in 3 days, has now shipped out 3 weeks after they said it would ship out. then didn't even upgrade my shipment from 4-5 day ground cause of it taking so long. now i will miss the first event of the season by one day because of being told it was in stock to power lab is waiting on this and that each day.

so far i have had nothing but head aches with this company. i ordered s14 tail lights since march 31. still have not gotten a response on where the hell my light are. the customer service is shit, apparently no one working there know wtf is going on or how to track stuff. i hope i get my order in soon. but so far all i have gotten is lots of run around bull shit from them thats really starting to piss me off so im venting here and letting you guys know my experience so far. hopefully they are able to get there act together soon.

i personally have had nothing but good experience from Intense. They are able to keep me info on shipment. and its not always their faults when items take longer to arrive. would buy stuff from them again and will!

i did get a manifold in but they sent me a t3 manifold and not a t4. it has taken an extra week and a half to send out my manifold. im holding the t3 hostage until i get mine. then they can have this thing back. many times i have been put on hold for 10-20 minutes and have just hung up cause that is way too long to be waiting. we will see if they send the right one this time and if they really did over night it like they promised they would.

Do not do business with this company! I called to check if the had a body kit I wanted on stock and they said yes, so I immediately ordered it.after two weeks of not receiving anything, to include a tracking number, I decided to give them a call to see what's up. On the 17th time that I called I finally got through. The guy told me that the kit was out of stock and they weren't getting more until the end of april. I told the guy the car was getting painted in the next 48hrs and he told me, "you need to call your body shop and reschedule...body shops are hurting for business right now!" Um, how about no! This car has to be done by a deadline so it can race this month, plus its totally unfair to the sponsor doing the paint/body work on the car to reschedule everything they have going on because this company is to incompetent to correctly check if something if in stock/give a courtesy phone call saying get we screwed up, the kit if no longer in stock or whatever. So I canceled my order, and ordered a current kit from carbodykits.com and it showed up in 24hrs and they had amazing customer service. Stay away from intense...their customer service really really sucks! I erl never consider doing business with them ever again. Miserable experience dealing with these people!

how come all of you guys on the last 6 pages dont take this to the BBB? im glad i read through this stuff, and i for sure would not order from them, and other zilvians probably wont either. But putting them on BBB would help others that aren't on this forum aware of their poor customer service also. Its just a shame because intensepower brings some good, competitive pricing on all their stuff, and if they had good customer service to go with it, they would dominate for the s chassis retail market. but poor management is leading to a huge market loss for them.

they tell you whatever it takes to get you place the order (whether it's true or exaggeration) and then give you excuses when what they promised doesn't pan out.
i ordered a dmax kit (i have the pm saved and i called) and speficically asked when i would have it since i'm on a SUPER tight deadline. he said the dmax container will arrive in mid april and i'll have the kit by the end of the month FOR SURE. welllllllllllllllllllllll i've been calling since the 12th and keep getting the "call next week", "got nothing new try again next week", etc. just now i call him out (the deep/monotone voice dude) over the phone and tell him whoever placed the order clearly lied and he says. "sorry, my shipping dates must have been confused". also, he mentioned that my aero might not even be in this container and he has no way to check! he says call back in two weeks! update, they offered me a new kit that is already in stock (well the container is in customs so we'll see how this works out) and gave it to me at cost. they refunded my card the difference so we'll see if they can redeem themselves. as of April 27th the new kit would be delivered in a week and a half...so we'll see.

I really wish i would have seen this before i ordered... Order an hks hi-power exhaust for my z32 have not received a tracking number or anything. When i called he got real snippy with me and said that it take 2-3 days for the order to go through and he couldnt check to see any shipping information. Im just hoping I get my product soon enough. I ordered on 4/27 so i will post as soon as i get it!
