I knw how you feel... I tried a switch back 5-0 at santa ana skate park last week not taking into consideration that i havent skated in years and my legs may not cooperate with me. sure enough i got broke off, it didnt help that some little kid waxed the shit out of a metal ledge.

I sold my vx1000/MK1 set up when I was in highschool luckily Ive got a few buddies that still film, and have managed to come up with some really decent gear.

I highly doubt we will have enough footage or even people for a full video.

I can still do a few nollie tricks & switch flips but fail at any rail now. Left ankle cannot take another roll. So a part in such a vid is outta the question for me. I still enjoy the tricks I have though.

Well its more for fun, doesnt have to be a bunch of bangers down a huge stairset.
I don't do nollie tricks and the only time I'm in switch is when I'm setting up for fakie.
Personal preference since the way I see it, I'm not going pro or anything and i have just as much fun doing tricks regular. So I haven't bothered to learn nollie/switch.
Maybe this video will motivate me to try it.

I just watched this a few days ago myself. Watching him skate/eat shit helps me remember that skateboarding is still fun. Love the raw footage and I noticed that coupe too haha

just picked it up again after being out of it for 5 years.
i love it and its all coming back to me slowly, been skating every single night and every weekend day for at least 3-4 hours with a buddy of mine,

around here in biloxi there aint SHIT to skate is the only problem, sidewalks here are fucked from the hurricane, been skating parking garages mostly. the only park is all vert and has a bowl that is not very good, I loved skating pools back in the day and that was what i almost solely skated, getting into it street with him though.

Because those were all extremely normal tricks in the late 80's and really early 90's, lol

Even I could do over half of those regularly.

Of course our boards were 7 1/2, with wheels that just covered the bearings. And the tricks didnt pop as much, but we didnt know any better, not even pro's would do tricks over knee height back then.

I'm sure there is a decent group of you here that still has that one small clique of friends you still chill with and like their only hobby still is skating and that's it. Obviously we are into cars and other things as well, but do you guys have any problems with your "skater" friends bitching that all you do is mess with your car or only talk about your car? it could just be me that feels this way. Don't get me wrong i love to skate, I have fun and all but I'm also aware that i know there is more to life then JUST skateboarding

My old fo0tage is from 1995 and my super old stuff is pictures from the late 80's/early 90's.

problem is, i dont have a vcr or a hi8 dv player, lol.
