ive been driving the car alot , so far no issues, the tune is still rich but she boost hard on 16psi. I've noticed that the car feel a little more laggy for some reason and its been having what sounds like a random misfire at times. so i decided to look around the bay, everything looks fine but when i rev the motor i notice my bov is getting stuck open. Makes perfect sense why the car feels slugish i have a big boost leak. I need to call tial up today.

Do you have the correct spring for the BOV? Its sized by vacuum pressure which may have changed after your build (not sure if you had it before) due to cam sizing or w.e.

just read the build thread from page one to six. Very awesome work my friend, although I do think a wide stand gt wing would look better on your car rather than a cookie cutter kouki wing. Not my call.

Hopefully you get that thing dialed in, would hate to see the motor go due to a guestimation tune with pulled timing.

yea i ordered it with the 1bar spring. it seems like the piston isnt seating all the way down. i will pull it off tonight.

Thanks, \I really want to do a gt wing, but it i think it will look weird with just gp sports areo. I think im going to do the kouki wing and add a duckbill on it for now for a slightly different look.

Next year i want to do canards/ splitter/ diffuser/ and wide fenders front and rear, then throw on the gt wing and start tracking the car.

Have you tried taking the vac line off while its running to see if it closes? I had that happen to me on the dyno (wrong spring selection)

cars been running awesome. Last saturday i put around 250miles on it, went all around queens > longisland, then up to westchester and bear mountain.

Dane cleaned up my tune alot, she runs alot better, idle afr is 12.8-13.8 and cruising is around 13.4-14.8 on boost she stay around 10.5 a little rich but we are working on it.

car was running awesome until last night... for some reason i was reversing into a parking spot and i lost power steering, something went all my p.s. fluid was all over my pay, i think i may have tore a line or something, i need to get that fixed this weekend. AND one of my hid ballast came loose after "spirited driving" on some nice backroads last night.. now i need a new one -__-

im due for a oil change so i think i will connect my oil pressure gauge this time around.

since its near freezing here i had to take my car to a car wash. Interesting enough i have a pic with my previous s14 in the same car wash, it was like deja vu

With the weather being so cold 25deg, i spiked to 20psi , that leads to no traction in 4th. I need to go wide body and take out some of this stupid camber from my rear wheels.
