Danny if you don't mind cutting your EGR pipe, you can cut the tip that goes into the manifold, weld that bit shut and thread that back in to block it.

mother fucker.... lol just cut the egr tube like 2 inches from the threading... firlmy attach flex tube with a hose clamp. 2) sick a big bolt in the other side of the flex tube..... and secure firmly with 2 hose clamps..... problem solved lol... as i said ghetto but itl work

yea the only hose i have is the first one leading to the intake mani but the other one needs to be filled so i'll see if i can snag the second one somewhere, reason is the second hole on my oem header is sealed with some black sealant. but now i can look forawrd to getting the headers on this weekend thanks for the input guys
