Hello -- my name is Dan, I have not been over here because I just purchased a 95 240SX that needs some work. I have a SR20 sitting next to it waiting for the weather to break so I can start to put the whole puzzle together. I have been active on Freshalloy, but Stevespeed recommended I stop by here too.

hey im ryan i dont have a 240 yet but i joined up here and a few other sites to learn some stuff about the car i am looking for. look forward to getting to you guys and gals on here. have only heard good things about this site. glad to be apart of it now...

First post, new member, and a new enthusiast!
Hi everyone! The name's Mikey, and I'm from SoCal, 323 to be exact. Too many of my friends are into Hondas... I never liked Hondas, (except the EG) and Nissans have much more variety in their models! I own a 2005 Nissan Altima 2.5S Looking for a STOCK S13 KA24DE, planning to rebuild the KA24DE engine, and just use the car as a daily ride, because the Altima will be given to my sister. Maybe have a Apexi N1 Catback, and Kouki lights... Tires are going to be expensive though  Maybe in the near future, when the economy gets better, hopefully swap a SR20DET!  I'm in love with S13's, but low on cash to even build one up to my dream's expectations! Glad to be here! |

Sup everyone my names Andrew. bought a 92 240SX coupe red with a ghetto 2 tone thing going on(previous owner rattle canned bottom 1/2 silver). Cars bone stock picked it up for 1800$ in really nice shape engine is CLEEEN! Bought the car less than a week ago. it was my first 240sx and i already took it to a drift day. got pretty good at swinging my open diff around... i thought its not suppose to drift to the right??? proved that wrong! anyways. this is my first RWD nissan. i got a Wrong wheel drive B13 Se-r thats becoming a full track car hopefully be competeing in US touring car championship someday.... need to build the car up to it. already have NX upgrade and am ordering KYG AGX shocks and struts with H&R springs and soon after suspension teqniques sway bars. 240 is more my DD but one day will be my show car/ drift car.
240 plans: Stillen tension rods (free) urban camo paintjob (summer) Silvia conversion Full coilover kit sways/ anti-roll bars Porsche big brakes 17" SSR type c rims (fender rolling) Chasis renforcement (cage, fender braces etc.) S15 seats or Corbreu FX-1 pro's New dash (cover works for now) LS1 swap pretty good plan for now... but its going to be years before its done  |

Whats up Zilvia My name is Jared and im currently building a Z32 from the ground up. The car has been striped for a RB26 Swap for Holly performance but due to my Idiot partner the car is being put back together the way i alway intended a daily driver to be. Reliable and Wide JGTC WIDE!! well the car has to be wide in order for the car to sit low on TSW 20''s with pressure sensors i picked up form one of the cars sponsors. hi i drive a 05 sti all blacked out, but picked up a 95 240 for cheap cheap. so das my project
 joined here because the sti forums have helped me out greatly before, hopefully this one might help me with my 240 build.. i already read one thread about fiberglassing fenders... needless to say im gonna tackle that as soon as i can, or al least try to lol oh by the way, got my 240 for 600 bucks cause the KA overheated  no biggieeee a sr20 will fix ittt |

sup ppl dj6923 here. new to the site but not imports. ive had my fair share of hondas and nissans. i heard about the site from a couple of friends and was a guest for about a month then decided to join. i purchased a 96 s14 auto and immediatly pulled it out and bought a rb25. i lived in japan for about 6 years so i am no stranger to the skyline. while i was there i had an r32 for about 1 1/2 years. my dad was in the military so hence the traveling. you name it ive probably been there. anyway im hoping to finish my project in the next couple of months. i am a uhaul mechanic so i know all the basics and then some. i also work at barber motorsports park in alabama (where i currently live). the track is fast and a sick road course and i hope to drive it one day. so far the car is stock suspension wise but slowly and surely that will change with the help of my wallet and ppl around here. ive noticed everyone here is very thorough on info and i like that because i do ask stupid ?'s. i do need help on this swap so any info would be great. the engine and trans are already in the car with a zerolift mount kit. i just need wiring schematics or something. help a brotha out! lol! anyway keep up the good work and i will post pics of my car and a couple of friends r33, s14, and s13.

hey guys names angelo, or "spanish guy" heard about this site a while ago but never needed it cause i was a honda guy, finally moved on up got myself a 92 240sx, right now i just repainted the car took off the little (and big) dents and some rust it had, looks like a whole new car, right now im looking for some coilovers as my stock struts blew and instead of buying them at autozone or 2 the junk car i thought 2 myself let me look for something used maybe bc or tein or something like that, also looking 2 buy another ka on the side and built forged pistons and stiff like that, also looking for t3/t4 turbo but thats not now main thing right now is supsension. thanks guys for any help tips or pointers u will be given me

hey! my name is tiana..im 22 years old, and live in so cal. I do not currently own a 240 but am looking to buy one to slap my LS1 in for drift/road. (if anyone has one for sale hit me up) I have been drag racing for 7 years. I have a 8 sec mustang and a 9 sec camaro. Interested in something new for the weekends, i thought id try some road/drift.

I'm Brendan. I usually hang out on GTRC as I previously owned a GTR, but I now own a Nissan President, as some may have seen at Golden Gardens. GG affirmed my interest and curiosity about 240's, 180's, and Silvias, hence why I'm here. I dove right into Skylines without much appreciating Silvias, as I now do. There were some amazing cars there!!! I got to drive my first 240 this year which belonged to my mechanic. Even after having a powerhouse like a GTR, I was still impressed with the 240 and had a blast...and definitely saw potential. Look forward to lurking more... |

Hi my name is Terrance and I actually bought my 1989 240sx HB with a 1995 Ka24de from a member here about a month ago and it runs beautifully. I am still stuck on the fence on whether i should Turbo my Ka or do an engine swap, but it won't be to a sr20, ca18, 2jz/1jz, vq35/vq30, or any rb. I'm looking for something unique. So if anyone knows of any good specialty swap shops in southern california please let me know, because the enginge I'm thinking of just may be a one of a kind.

How is it going, my name is David. I've been a member for quite some time now but never posted, i'm usually just doing tons and tons of searching. For the longest time I could never make up my mind about the type of car I wanted. Nissan has always been the car I always seem to fall back on, until I finally grew a pair and purchased my first one a week ago. 95 zenki, it needs love and work but I have nothing but time. Just the vision of a finish product is enough to keep me going throughout this tough transformation. Some of my biggest obsticles will be the 5 lug conversion, interior upgrade and the front end conversion. Everything else shouldn't be a problem. A little bit more about me I guess, i'm grew up in Arkansas and now I currently live in Tucson, AZ because of the military. Yes i'm an USAF brat. I like long walks in the park and fluffy teddy bears, jk. I'm really excited to get started and maybe meet a few of you on the way. Thank you for allowing me to join the community.

Hello all, signed up here cause I was told this is the best nissan site period! Anyway my teenage son is into the 240's and we got a couple were working on and I'm looking for tech info on the SR swap were doing and just general info on the whole 240 scene. Oh BTW i'm a dyed in wool muscle car guy but these little nissans are kinda growing on me. LOL.

Hey Im ainsley this is my first post on here but ive looked at this site previously...but anyways im 15 turning 16 in november...i live in NY...but ive been saving up for a car since i was 13...ive had all kinds of different cars in mind for my first car...but i recently started looking into the import scene especially nissan since i found JDMautodepot.com ...but im looking to buy a silvia s13 or s14...or a 1990 240sx coupe and do a front end conversion...either car i get im doin a rb or an sr engine swap with many many many mods...play on having the car completely ready for a drifter/daily driver by the time im 18 lol...so thats me...i'll take any knowledge youguys have on the best parts for a drift/daily driver...and im probably not gonna do this soon but i wanted to know where i could get 2 kumho color burnout tires...hit me up
