those are the OEM amber ones for the Navan bumper just painted over. Yeah, that's a VSPL kit. I cut the extensions off the frame rails and re-made the lower mounts on the cooler so I wouldn't have to cut the bumper...

haha, of course I meant too. I actually painted them out of the bumper just to make sure coverage was even. Besides the bumper used to be white.

Painting your own car can be rewarding but don't think its not going to be a lot of work. So far I've done everything piece by piece; rear valances, side skirts, wing and bumper, all on different occasions. I wouldn't be excited about doing a whole car. Plus I have to do everything outside and that just makes everything more difficult.

I used to be against kouki conversions.I used to think that the kouki front didn't flow well with the body lines... Until I tried finding some EDM glass headlights... Then I was offered a kouki conversion for almost what I would have paid for the EDM lights...
My theory...
JDM kouki lamps > other lamps
EDM zenki > USDM kouki and zenki...

Although there are days were I wish I had just picked up Navan umper and stayed zenki...

i dont think kouki is really "played" anymore. the majority of people you see doing kouki are people with real nice cars that know what they are doing.

or some scrubby car that mostly stock, and the dude just wants kouki front and rock it unpainted and all ghetto, because its kouki. no other reason.

zenki is the new trend though. we have a "large" family and everyone thinks theyre bros. so its cool.

zenki is definitely underrated and i think kouki looks more aggressive, but kouki is nowhere in my car's near or distant future!

cars like BH's old zenki and power's car made me really like zenkis!

Yea i was following, a pick up on the far right lane because i was about to exit the freeway, and all of a sudden i see a HUGE piece of ply wood fly out of its bed, it hit the ground, then caught air and slammmed onto my front end. it happened so quick i couldnt even react fast enough. Crazy thing is, the wood only hit my right headlight that was already messed up before accident even happened and my cracked fender, so i wasnt too bummed when i saw the damages, Im stilll very lucky that it didnt go through my windshield. thank God

i think ive made my decision, im going Kouki :X i hope ya'll understand
