I am interested in these seats. I plan to fit this in the first generation Miata (1990-97). I am 5'8", 150lb, 32 waist. Got some questions:

-Which ones will fit a Miata? I am thinking VS3 for sure, maybe P2. Has anyone with a first gen Miata fit the P2?
-Which seat is stronger? VS3 or P2?
-What is the distance from the bottom of the seats to the shoulder harness holes for both seats?
-What are the weights of VS3 and P2?
-Between VS3 and PS, which one can seat lower to the floor?
-Who makes these seats? Is it one of the OEM to Sparco, Cobra, Mono, OMP, Recaro, etc? I am trying to get a since of quality, as the seats will be use in the track.

VS3 with the bride low max rails

Well, we are the direct importer for these seats. If you want a name. It would be Sonicmotor.

These seats are excellent at the track. If you are looking for FIA approved seats, I recommend paying a bit more for a brand name seat.

One last thing since you have a miata. These seats come with universal seat brackets that fits on Stock NA miata seat rails. So its a direct bolt on for Miatas.

It's good to know that they come with universal seat brackets, in case I used it. I tend to use a fixed side mounting position, where possible.

- These have sub-belt holes right? Is the seat bottom foam removal? (I need to pass the broomstick test for a convertiable.)

BTW, wish you get G3 seats in smaller size. Love those winged seats, they appear too big to fit in a first generation Miata.
