isn't that how the millitary is though? each branch dogs on the other? my impression of the air force was that it was the branch for the smarter crowd. army and marines were more of the hands on manual labor-brute force guys. and the navy? maybe i was biased from their commercials but their biggest selling point was you get to travel. i know that's the case with armed forces in general...but it seems (to me at least) that the navy always liked to point out how much you get to see the world.

ive always had the same impression, ive always like the "hard core" aspect of the marines and plus my g'pa and my dad were in the marines so it would be cool to kinda continue that...air force is also a consideration being that i wanna fly something.
since i'm single i'd be deployed as much as possible |

Josh, marines! lolololololoololololololololol! i not laughing at you just forgot you did talk bout it before one time to me, your still thinking? Its cool if you want but just think about y and what you want to do in military. example you want to go for schooling (your in college already so doesn't apply) you can be an officer and you can be a lifer making bank but you always start off low then work your way up. think about what job/ field you want ex. mechanic (if marinse every vic is cheap or broke you;ll be busy lol), driver for military vics (i do this also its whatever nothing special easy job), work in office doing paper work( doesn't make you a bitch you get payed same and move up in rank faster than most jobs), electronic equipment( mechanic, radio operator, fly r/c planes, etc), GRUNT( seems cool but its fun til someone shoots back and you feel old and cant hear lol but is adrenaline rush like no other you'll see lots of shit even if not combat deployed), police (aka ultyimate buddy fucker lol), you can even be a refidgerator repair man or play in band or build gas stations or medical stuff doctor theres so much not listed hear. Just like driftn dragg said ever branch has its perks its your choice. being single doesn't matter how much your deployed its all on your job and every branch has pilots so you can fly helos and planes as marine. as far as being biased every brach is pretty much same and you will deal with asshoole every were just don't be one. remember you could go to japan and have a real silvia LOLLOLOLOL!

I'm a Grunt in the Army. I'm 27, but feel like 50. It's fun and all but when your on downtime everything catches up to. That is why I'm reclassing. I have all sorts of problems on my body but refuse to get looked at. I'm just stubborn and have a lot of pride for MOS.

lol army said they will give me 25 boonus to sign witht hem after my enlistment with marines and i get to choose where i want to be stationed at and ill get my next rank. right now im a diesil mech in the Marines its cool simple and easy but fun.

welcome imm up in the air for the swap myself and have been looking for awhile my buddy gets his back next week he too it over to wrench pro over in long beach ill let u know how that goes cost 3000 but there is a shop over here on the 62 which guy says he will do it for 2200 so still iffy about it tho
