So you have no crankcase vacuum source? You know that's the first thing I look for on any engine. That's how you can tell if someone actually knows what an internal combustion engine is or not. I hate to say this but no crankcase vacuum = lots of expensive parts with no actual knowledge of engines.

Not sure man. i just heard the MKIII hose works fine. unfortunately i cant test it since my KA is still in the car with the radiator. i believe one of my friends is running the MKIII lower hose on his SR radiator and he doesnt have any issues.

@40Craz....yes I have seen some people discussing slapping on a specific 350z trans but I dont have much information. I am sure if you google and search around SF and SM you will find what you need.
On a good note Marlin Crawler setup a fellow members R154 with some custom parts which are slated to become off the shelf for them soon. He put down 1103hp/883 tq on the R154 with new MC parts which is incredible numbers for an R154. Possibly a feasible option for those who dont want to spend V160 money????? Keep your fingers crossed. |

Guys I have some important information that might want to get added to the first post!
For people using the Aristo alternator it is a circular connector you need. A lot of swaps don't come with it as it is part of the body harness. Today I went to the junk yard and I'd like to share that I found a plug that works from a 1987 Cressida and a 1990 Celica Now can someone help me with the alternator wiring lol? |

People make 500+.on stock twins they and just prone to going bad and will be a nightmare to remove while in the car when you decide to swap them, they also take up a lot of room,I personally would put a cheap turbo kit on it before I used the stock twins knowing that one day I would have to remove them

I ran stock USDM twins on the car the first year we had it swapped, did that cause originally all we were gonna do was a GTE swap with USDM Cams, injectors, fuel injectors, and add a set of cams in later if we were bored. But the stock twins blew up at 18.5 psi after a year of use (the guuy i got them from took them off his 81k mile 6spd TT car. that had been runing 19psi since50k miles. i made 330whp 16psi on 93 through an auto

Removed my stock twins in the car and it was a nightmare, put a driftmotion 67 kit on for 1500 bucks and made 481 on 18 psi w/ stock engine w/ us cams. I did however run the stock twins for quite awhile before I swapped them and always had some sort of issue w/ them from vac hoses to the vsv's.
Imo go for the cheap turbo kit as stated above makes life much easier and gives the engine bay more room for air flow, as some ppl have had lots of trouble w/ cooling. |

I'm wondering where all you guys are getting your sources for aftermarket gauges. I'll be tapping the upper water neck for water temp. Thinking about tapping the union bolt till I get my oil cooler setup.

I used autometer ultra lite 2. I also tapped the water neck. If you remove the nipple you can tap it 1/8 npt no problem.
