Yea it needs a wash pretty bad lol. I keep juggling in my mind about a repaint when I do my kouki convertion. I have read that you got your car done at maco for a good price. If not I will paint the parts myself.

Is Maaco really that decent?? I've heard so many people make fun of Maaco, saying that after a year, your paint'll start comin' off, etc. stuff like that lol. Are they actually good quality? I know they're cheap, which is why I'm a bit skeptical about them...

They're franchised so it really just depends on which one you go to. Some Maaco jobs look awesome (for the price) and there are some that look like total shit. Talk to the guys with the good looking paint jobs lol. The one in Escondido is pretty solid.

Some of you may or may not know me but my 1991 240sx was recently stolen over the past weekend (between March 6-10, 2014) from the Chula Vista area. I am hoping that some of you may know some info or maybe have spotted it around town??? I would like to recover my vehicle in 1-piece but maybe that's wishful thinking. If you see the car or see parts for sale...please let me know ASAP and also notify Law Enforcement and provide them with Chula Vista PD Case# 1403339

Some details:
-Sideskirts have been mounted using hex screws
-Rear trunk leaks water when it rains
-Scratch on lower left portion of Bertex Steering wheel
-Front Vertex driver side fender was repaired with fiberglass to seal a hole that was not drilled correctly to line up with sideskirt
-Driverside Vertex fender has slight gap towards rear
-Side mirror has scratch on mirror
-Driverside windows have pits in windows from when first owner owned it...due to a sandstorm
-dash has multiple cracks
-Rear hatch has no windshield wiper but window is scratched where a windshield wiper would be; a JimmpUp gold sticker is covering the scratch
-Headliner is missing rear metal piece towards back of hatch
-Driverside 1/4 panel (near seatbelt) keeps popping out
-Radio shroud is not secured towards bottom due to broken tabs
-Armrest cover has no grain or texture towards top left (towards driver side) due to wear and tear
-Front hood does not line up with front vertex fender perfectly due to previous accident
-Front hood has a slight dent on center towards the driver side due to previous accident
-One of the front SSR Type F's (18x9.5 +22) lost its satin coat on a portion of the wheel due to over polishing form bodyshop
-SSR Type F valve caps are missing on all wheels
-JIC exhaust bolt for silencer snapped off so just using a hex bolt and a nut to secure
-Top of black roof has some scratches from a sander due to last bodyshop
-Front of vehicle looks to need a wetsand (orange peel is visible)
-Doors were re-clear coated so you a can see orange peel and when the clear coat did not get sprayed under the door moldings
-Etc.

As you can see...I know my car very well and would like it back in one piece if at all possible. Thanks in advance for your help. FUCK dude, I really hope you find your car. I would have a heart attack if my car got stolen. I've literally had nightmares of looking out my window and my car not being there. Always waking up scared as fuck. Fuck thieves. Basically taking a person's hard work and doing what they want with it...

Anyways, I suggest you try and post this EVERYWHERE, including Facebook, Instagram, Craigslist (ESPECIALLY Craigslist), etc. I'll be on the lookout for a silver 240 [hatch?]. I can only see the front view picture of your 240.

Spotted a 280z super clean around 8 hauling ass in what sounded like an n/a RB swap, could br wrong I was hearing it over other sounds. You passed over the thr 163 bridge on Clairemont while I was filling up at chevron, almost made me walk up to the street lol
