You will need to pull the fenders no matter what chassis it is, a butt load more on S13/S15 vs S14. |

I've decided I'm going to get a set of Work Meister S1 3P for my 1990 300ZX. Now it's just deciding which disk types and offsets to get. I want wide tires on my Z, so I'm leaning more to the conservative offsets. I'd also like to be BBK friendly in the front.*
I'm leaning towards option two up front. 1) 18x9 + 29 (L disk) Pros. Larger lip. Cons. Have to run a spacer for BBK 2) 18x9 + 31 (R disk) Pros BBK friendly without spacer. Cons less lip than option 1. For the rear there are more options. I'm leaning towards option 1. 1) 18x10 + 43 (O disk) Pros. Will fit without roll, decent lip size, fit wider tire. Cons. Not BBK friendly. 2) 18x10 + 30 (O disk) Pros. Large lip. Cons. Rear roll needed, not BBK friendly, fit narrower tire. 3) 18x10 + 42 (L disk) Pros. Should be BBK friendly, no roll needed. Cons. smaller lip, 4) 18x10 +29 (L disk) Pros. Should be BBK friendly, decent size lip for disk type. Cons. roll needed, smaller lip than O disk So let me know which options you'd pick and why. Look around rimtuck and make a decision. But from what I've seen...I like this setup:
![]() Specs: 18 x 9.5 +11 255 / 35 18 x 10.5 +23 275 / 35 SO looking at that, my recommendation for be close to those specs: 18x9.5 +12 R-disk and 18x10.5 +24 O-disk. R-disk to clear BBK or any other BBK you can think of up front and O-disk in the rear since it should clear the Z32 rear brakes. |

Rolling your fenders isn't hard and if you choose not to do it yourself, there's always somebody around that'll do it for a fair price. And to answer you questions, you won't know until you ask. From what I remember, they do, you just have to take the initiative and ask if they still do and how much that'll run you. If not, you're stuck with buying the right offset, sucking it up, and rolling your fenders (mildly) or you'll be stuck buying wide wheels with poor offsets for your chassis and stacking spacers to achieve the look you want. |

If you dont roll the fenders, it'll be sunk and you wont be able lower the car much. Basically, you'll be buying $4k worth of wheels that will make your car look like poops. But hey, your car, your money...the fuck do you need our opinions for right?

hey guys, i'm currently running hankook v12's in 225/40/18 and 255/35/18 on an 18x9.5 + 12 and 18x10.5 +15 but i'm thinking of switching to 215/40 and 245/35. Anybody have any experience with these tires on the wheel specs im running? Just trying to run something a bit smaller with more stretch but nothing insane. Camber is gonna be -3 or so in front and as close to zero with how low i am in the rear...so probably like 1.5 or so
It's not so much a matter of how will i fit them(i make my wheels fit regardless), but rather how the tires will look/stretch on those sizes. Thanks. ![]() |

+45 is the factory rear offset for the Z32, so running a 10 wide with + 43 offset will sit rather flush, and allow me to run at least a 285 tire. The lower the offset I get the less wide of a tire I can fit.

hey guys, ive got a question, basically i need to get lower.
my car; s13, Meister-R coilovers. FRONT: 17x10 et 15 (plus 12mm spacer) with a 235/40, s14 lower arms. REAR: 17x10 et 15 (with a 15mm spacer) on 225/45's. semi tubbed front arches, relocated loom work. this is how it sits ![]() but i want it lower. ive recently gone from 15" rims up to these 17" ones. with the front arches off ive got roughly 1" clearance from the top of the tire to the strut top, infact its showing signs of rubbing. just want to know what you guys do to get lower than this? not sure i want to go to a 35 profile just yet.

The first setup looks good, the second one looks retarded and doesn't fit. Do you know for sure the first setup is running 285 on all 4, and what kind of work he did to get that setup to fit. You can make anything fit with enough work, but I'm looking for function over form, that second setup does not function well.

That white z32 isn't running a 285 in the front or rear. It's a known car in the z32 community . Also in order to fit. A 285 in the rear will need a higher offset or you will start rubbing in the Rucas |

You don't have $3,000+ to spend on wheels? You could have found a nice pair of used real TE's and gotten new decent tires for less than $3,000. In other words, you made a bad choice. And lastly, please do your own research on how alignment corresponds to wheel fitment. It's really not that hard to understand how it all ties in. I don't know how much camber you're willing to run. I don't know what tire sizes you want to run. Your choices are almost unlimited. This thread is for those that have an idea of what they want to do and see if it fits. You simply put specs and expect us to list choices for you. You're 30 years old, this shouldn't be your first rodeo. |

Anybody have experience with Work meister m1r or SSR professor ms1's? I have an s14 kouki and want to run 18x 9.5's all around. I have all 4 fenders rolled and know what tires to run but I want the maximum lip size without needing to pull any metal or worry about clearing my z32 brakes up front.
