this is a color we had made for us this year. based off of MINI Oxygen Blue, but with a bunch of green pearl in the base. its called "Elevens' tealpearl", you could get it made if you felt like it from a sherwin williams store.

Looking to buy paint and was wondering if someone could confirm this is the LP2 Midnight Purple that we find on R33 GTR's. The site calls it another color though the Nissan Color Code matches up. Thanx

Also, LP2 was not available on the R34. If you go to Touch Up Paint from PaintScratch.com search for 1996 Nissan 300ZX and you can get it there as well.

Always try to get the year, make, model, code, color name. To be on the safe side at the paint store. For Nissan you need the Year and Code.

Thanks for the info S14....I will try to assure I have the year and code for the purchase.
Also, I searched but could not get a clear answer specific for the S14 body. How much paint should I purchase to cover the entire car? I read somewhere that 1gallon is enough but I want to make sure before purchasing. Thanx again. |

it'd depend on how many coats of base you're planning on shooting and whether you have aero parts as well I'm planning on shooting two coats and painting my fenders, hood and aero pieces off the car 1 gallon is what I'm hearing I should purchase we'll see |

Not sure where else to post this but I'm looking to repaint a set of wheels as close to OEM silver as possible.
--I found this thread: My S14 SE Wheel Restoration - Nissan 240SX Forums And according to that thread, the closest to OEM paint is "T191 Ultra Silver (M)". Seems as though none of the stores I've looked carry this can/color, anymore. So my question is from Autozone/Oreilly's choices, which one is closest to "Ultra Silver"? As shown here: |

go to a paint store and have them mix that color code into a rattle can, costs like $10. or pay a shop to spray them.

God dammit.
Every time that M3 Melbourne Red is posted up, it makes me think twice about going with the 370z red. The 370z red seems more Nissan appropriate. The M3 red looks much more modern (if that makes any sense at all). |
