Haha I figured Id get a lot of crap about the hood on this forum had to do it to clear the air cleaner.. its a LS1 converted to carb

Why not its still kept to coil on plug with the MSD control box and over a stock ls1 intake manifold the edelbrock set up flows much better... perfect example would be the gm performance parts LSX 454 motor says right on the advertisement that it makes right around 30-40 horsepower more with the carb intake manifold, I honestly love how the car performs with the carb on it I have had zero driveability issues and have the A/F ratio just about perfect.. carbs arent as bad as they sound lol
