^^I've seen that SR first-hand during a trip to Tokyo (if it's the one I'm thinking of)... It was in an S14 that had been totally fabbed on the outside with R34 lights, fenders etc... Pretty sweet!

Thanks guys... Plan to have the hotpipe re-powder coated a lighter silver and the cold pipe & bracketing to match. It's actually not that bad- the angle of that pic makes it look pretty crappy compared to what it really is:

But I do agree that it sorta stands out and doesn't necessarily go with the flow. I will never get rid of it until I go top-mount... It's the old Heavy Throttle hot pipe with the Blitz flange.... One of the first things I ever got for the old 180SX.

I may actually just send it off to Jet-Hot & have the polished coating put on it like the exhaust mani.

Shift Down, THAT is a horrendous engine bay and I personally would be embarrassed posting that on a public internet forum. You've got A LOT of cleaning and organizing to do in that engine bay...

WOW! You guys are harsh! Shouldve expected this from zilvia though. I was looking for feedback on how to improve, not trying to "show off" anything.

Well what did you expect? You didn't ask any questions or even suggest that you wanted some pointers.

Organization is obviously key. I'd start by running all the wires and vac tubing together. Try to hide them by running along parts of the engine or peripheral components. A little degreaser and a brush, soft bristled, goes along way. You don't have to get it all done in one shot and you can always rerun things of you don't like the way it looks.
