Just finished my all NJS 58cm Samson track build. It may be for sale next month after a track event in Nagoya because after finishing it, I realized I could have purchased a pretty decent 180sx or Silvia for the money I spent haha. All in all, it is an incredibly nice bike to ride and all the parts are top quality. Spared no expense

Frame: 58cm Samson ridden by 2000's keirin pro champion Masato Kaneko
BB: Sugino 75 NJS
Headset: Hatta Super Deluxe NJS
Wheel/Hubs: Araya Gold/Dura Ace 7600 NJS
Crank: Dura Ace 170 NJS
Pedals: MKS Royal Nuevo/MKS steel toeclips/toshi singles
Chainring: Sugino Gigas titanium 52t NJS
Cog: Sugino Gigas titanium 16t NJS
Saddle/seatpost: Kashimax five gold NJS/Nitto 27.2 30mm rails NJS
Stem/handle: Nitto Jaguar 110/Nitto B125

lmao, my friend bought this same bike off of craigslist for $220... obviously got ripped off but man, the bike was a huge piece of shit. He invested another $200 in drop bars and brakes and sold it for 200... lol

I just bought a old school Miyata road bike that I will be converting soon. Still new, but how is some of the All City stuff? I went into one of my local shops and he helped piece together a wheel, new shorter cranks, hub, gears, etc. and it ended up being somewhere around $400. From what I've heard the All City stuff is nice and works well but looking for some more opinions before I go ahead and bite the bullet.

This makes me sooooooo sad. Cars started to get too expensive so I had to sell both my bikes.

What I mashed around in SF on (Loved the 26 up front 700c in the back set up):

What I did my dope tricks on:

Picked this one up while I was working in Houston, crank arm was fuct up but the company sent the guy a whole new bb and crank arms. He sent them to me and fixed it right up.

Not a fan of the blue stuff I got some new bars and a stem. Wheels are next to go. Had fun riding it so far.

Just picked this up on bikesdirect.com for 180 shipped. I was a little skeptical at first, but with almost 500 miles it has been great. Its a great value imo. Aluminum frame, front and rear brakes. I have it on single speed now, but I plan on flipping the rear real soon.

yeah man flip it on the fixed side. It will eliminate coasting so the direct drivetrain will feel weird at first.

I would say it feels weird... but aggravating at first. I'm so used to coastin 60% of the time.

You'll get a work out, thats for sure.

Just picked up my first fixed gear bicycle to try and stay in shape during the off-season of downhilling. Definitely a learning curve to get used to it coming from the downhill bike, went with the Dawes sst-al which I really like so far.

And the downhill bike:

Edit: Why won't it let me resize images?
