^Thanks a lot, Chase. Honestly, it was just a pipe against the tire slowly and carefully over and over. I didn't roll the car or anything, I just had the coilovers really high and just put the pipe in and would push, move, push, move, push over and over to get the flare going, then I just kept pressure on the pipe and spun it to get it uniform. Then when I got the buckle (on both sides haha) I just hit the pull lightly and uniformly with a rubber mallet until the metal was less stressed and the buckle disappeared.
I kinda wanted it to look like the line/shape of the tire was continuing up into the fender. Now that I've been driving it a bit more I think I'm going to space the rears out slightly. I've got more clearance than I thought I would.

18x8.5" +32 235/40/18 front 18x9.5" +43 265/35/18 rear realistic street camber, will probably need a roll front and rear, maybe a little pull in the rear depending on tire size chosen. |

I'm going off luck here, but does anyone have a pic of a purple s14 kouki that was in the for sale section awhile back. I'm pretty sure it was getting parted out.
It had full jdm aero and IIRC it had polished wheels. It's not KOUKI KA-T's car btw... |
