Trying to make a few deals... But no one wants to piece a S13 clip. I also need the big metal thing that goes across the front of the car it goes infront of the radiator and behind the bumper, the battery, hood latch, hood stand all attaches to it.
I doubt any of you have a spare one though <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('> |

Yeah, sorry I can't help you. I do know this one guy here who has an Silvia front end conversion. Someone hit his car on the parking lot of his school. If I see him anytime soon, I'll ask him where he got his parts for you.

I understand about mail trucks, but besides those, I've really never seen a RHD here in Chicago. I don't remember who told me that they were illegal in one of the states. But I'm 100% sure I was told this. Then again, I also may be wrong.

yeah, that's pretty cool. i'm sure there was some extra cash they had to give up to bring it over here. i tried searching for some info on this topic but found nothing. i just know it would've costed me like 10k or so to make mine capable of being to the states before, it's just a hassle to get it all done.

rhd isn't the problem. the problem is crash testing, emissions, and the japanese 11-digit vin number. and it would likely cost you upwards of 25k to import and register a car legally. going the other way is so much easier.
and there's a ton of rhd in vancouver. old MG's especially. |

Is it just me or does this suddenly have absolutely nothing to do with the original topic? <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'>

WTF MAN, that was my pride and joy and now it is broken...hahaha j/k bro.....it is going to be hard for you tofix that front piece that you are talking about cause it is hard to take out. if i was you just have it really looked at by a nissan junk yard and see if they know anyone that can fix it befor you go and get a fiberglass hood. you first priority should be to get it back to a running state. but hey it is your car now.

What I meant by clip is the whole exterior front of an S13 not the engine. So I am getting, bumper, hood, lights, and fenders. Usually that costs $1,800-$2,200 but if I get the money intime i am going to get it for $1,200.

how illegal would it be to bring a 1996 silvia into the us and put the vin of a wrecked 1996 240sx (that you leagally own the title for) on it? </td></tr></table><span id='postcolor'> what about the fact that its rhd? also, your car has the vin etched on about 40 different parts, so you'll have to change them all. i've only found maybe a half dozen. |
