I've put 15k kilometers on my swap in 5 years. I've been looking at 12 year old Cobras with less then 15k miles on them.

Recently finished and now up for sale tells me that the completed project didn't meet the owners expectations and dreams. Now that his RB S14.5 is done, everyone is done jerking off to it and it's really not that fast. Time to part it out and build and Evo.

I dunno... between the old fiberglass conversion aero, (to a front end I personally hate on anything but an actual S15) the 90's era steering wheel, and all the red gauges everywhere... there's far to much tackiness to rectify before ever considering that much money regardless of the drivetrain or whatever else may be in the car. That car is way too taste specific to warrant that sort of price tag.

Yeah. tail lights, wheels, gauges, and POSSIBLY front end would have to be changed. But, for what it is, it's clean. Aim high I suppose. I don't think it's DIW high though.

I just thought that it was too ugly to be priced that high.
Meaning, you have to spend around 19K to get the car and then some more to undo the 'tackiness'.

In my opinion, if you spend $19K on a car, you shouldn't have to spend more on it.

Back to the easy to judge DIW uglies.

I'd hope anyone actually concerned with and willing to ask for more pictures actually has the money and feels the mods and styling are to their taste.
