s14 check engine on help!!!!

I have a obd1 check engine turns on when i give it a little bit of gas. When i floor it, it goes away. I check the codes and 12, 41, 34 codes come up. Does any one has the same problem? Could it be thr ecu? Or is it the codes?? The car runs good. Help!!

change those parts: maf, knock sensor, and iat they all cost cheap new besides maf. But i would change mafs first then knock
