internal wastegate block off arm?

Has anyone seen a internal wastegate wastegate block off arm on the internet. I remeber lseeing one and ive tried punching it in to googly but it seems it doesnt exsist eventhough i do clearly remeber seeing it. All it was was a rod that connected to the compresser housong and to the flaper and it was adjustable anyone know what im talking about

No it actually bolts in to the compresser housing and it holds the internal wastegatw flap shut so you can run a external wastegate

How about you just take the turbo to a welder and weld the flapper shut? Be cheaper than buying something to hold the flapper shut and fool proof.
