Its a hiku poem. haha jk. Your going to need a clearer picture. Its like if that was in english you would still have a tough time reading it. Just because someone can read japanese doesnt mean that can read blurry pictures.

It says : Stupid AMERICANS! nagasaki & Hiroshima will never be forgotten! Payback is a motha f@#!$a! Keep copying our styles! For as long as you do, we will use dildos as shift knobs and pretend its cool so you can buy 12 inchers and put you dirty hands on them everytime you have to shift, and we shall hang feminine cat cartoon (aka hello kitty) toys on our rear bumpers so you can look "JDM". Other than that it's just a general warning sign

■normal change switch (change between no tune and normal rom tune ) □2type change switch ( 2 types of data can be changed) (1) this ECU comes with a chargeable battery. when you open the lid, it will be turned on and slight electricity (5v) will destroy data of rom and break ECU (static i guess). please do not peel off the sticker or take off the lid, we do not replace it. (LMAO) (2) make sure to flip the switch 30 sec after you turn off the engine. data might not change until 3-5 min of driving thats what i can gather...soapgun prolly can do better

do you think that means that the ecu is supposed to learn the setup and store on its own? or am i screwed and somehow im supposed to access it and tune it myself without any idea what exactly it is or how the fuck to access it

Heres a rough translation

Top Red dot says "ROM Tune and Normal ROM" can change switch

White Dot Says This button is two position switch

(Caution) 1 When ECU is conncted
If you open this computer cover, switch turns on 5V goes through ROM and will go back through ROM and Damage it
This ECU case will maybe short circuit if open while connected.

if this computer gaurrenty seal is torn or opened for any reason we will not repair under gaurentee

(So basically dont Open when connceted to Wire harness)

(Caution) 2 always turn off engine and wait 30 seconds and then change switch. sometimes (Rarely) after 3-5 mins of running engine data will not change.

Below sticker says "KSROM Normal"

They dont give a speciffic on what type of ROM tune though
