hey guys, i use edmunds.com alot, but with all the cars they have, i think the ppl who type up that info are getting lazy and just putting the same numbers in for each car over and over again, cuz its showing a 240sx stock with 155 hp, and my friend said it was like only 120, so can someone plz tell me the real numbers or a place to find em, tks

Ummm... no. It might have 120-130 at the wheel. The engine hp is 155, torque 160. Edmunds.com is very, very accurate.

35 hp is a huge drivetrain loss...23% loss making 120 whp. I was thinking it would be closer to 15% loss making 132 whp. Does anyone know for sure what stock whp is supposed to be?

Not really. They claim about 15-20% loss, but I think it depends on what you're running (AC, radio, lights, yadda yadda...)

Speaking of A/C. I used to drive a turbo eclipse slightly modified. When I turned on the A/C I noticed a slight loss in power but no big deal. But in my S14 when I turn on the air I feel like I'm losing like 50%of my power. My torque drops ridiculously. It's actually really frustrating and I don't know if this is all S14's or if mine has some sort of leak somewhere.

I notice it in my car too. All 240s do it, I think.

At my last autocross, my fastest run was the one when I accidentally left the a/c on....so I don't know if it makes that big a difference. Then again, I was a little throttle happy for some reason that day, so maybe it helped me from lighting up the tires out of every corner exit.:)

I haven't had a single problem with my fuel injectors. I don't know what's yet to come, but thanks for making me aware of this, mingming!

I've only had it for 6 months, but no problems whatsoever so far. The injecters are a bit loud--sounds like your valves are tapping...but as far as I know, they aren't problematic.
