SCAMMER
I registered on to this site since I searched and found that this individual is selling an ECU that I want, claimed for it to be in working condition... it's not - tried it in 2 different cars and wasn't functioning, did not start the car at all!!! I even tried to contact him, so we can get this resolved... I would rather just return the item/get my money back - but he is being a pansy and knows he sold me a bad ecu, so he wont respond to any of my text messages!!!

Did you send the payment as a gift over paypal?
If not, you can get your money back. Open a dispute with paypal.
